Kip Simonson has been promoted to senior vice president of sales and marketing at Charter Communications Inc. from VP of sales and marketing.
Simonson joined Charter in his former post this past April. Prior to that, he had held the same title at Cox Communications Inc.’s Orange County, Calif., division.
"In less than a year, Kip Simonson has distinguished himself among industry sales and marketing professionals for his creative abilities in pricing, branding and bundling in today’s competitive marketplace," Charter executive VP and chief operating officer Margaret A. Bellville said in a release.
