Charter, Comcast, Cox Execs Added to Cable-Tec Expo Opener

SCTE•ISBE said execs from Charter Communications, Comcast and Cox Communications will join the opening general session at next month’s Cable-Tec Expo in Denver, and participate on a panel focused on operations.

Set for the morning of Wednesday, Oct. 18, the panel -- Operation Bottom Line: On a Mission to Drive Customer Satisfaction and ROI – will feature Debi Picciolo, senior vice president of operations, West Region for Charter; Ed Marchetti, senior vice president, technical operations, customer experience for Comcast; and Patricia Martin, vice president, service assurance for Cox. Leslie Ellis, president of Ellis Edits and Multichannel News contributor, will moderate.

That discussion will complement a general session that will also feature keynote discussion with Mike Fries, CEO of Liberty Global, and closing keynote remarks by Tom Rutledge, chairman and CEO of Charter Communications.

The session will also include show program committee co-chairs, Jim Blackley, executive vice president, engineering and information technology, Charter; and Terry Cordova, vice chairman, business development–network and technology services, Altice USA, and comments from SCTE•ISBE president and CEO Mark Dzuban.

SCTE•ISBE Cable-Tec Expo is set for Oct. 17-Oct. 20at the Colorado Convention Center.
