LITTLETON, COLO. -Establishing its first international beachhead, High Speed Access Corp.
said it won a three-year deal to provide Internet protocol services to Kabel Nordrhein-Westfalen GMbH & Co., a Callahan Associates International-operated MSO based in Germany's North Rhine-Westphalia region.
HSA said it will handle Kabel NRW's Internet-protocol network design, provisioning, core network management, network operations center support, account management, electronic mail, Web hosting and data storage and tracking. Kabel NRW, which serves 4.2 million subscribers in Germany, intends to launch a suite of high-speed, voice-over-Internet protocol and other interactive services by the third quarter of this year.
