Burger King Corp. announced Thursday that its next "Kids' Meal" premium
promotion will feature Cartoon Network's Dexter's Laboratory,
set for Sept. 1-28.
The fast-food chain will run four TV spots to promote the eight different
science-inspired toys for boys and girls created for the promotion.
BK will also give kids special codes for the cable
network's Cartoon Orbit Web site (cartoonorbit.cartoonnetwork.com/servlet/WorldCenter
), where they can download collectible "e-Toons."
Moreover, two hitherto unseen Dexter episodes will air during the promo
period, when a new online game will be released each week.
Dexter's Laboratory was Cartoon's first original series (dating from
1996).
