Video-on-demand-server manufacturer Broadbus Technologies Inc. has named Vin Bisceglia chairman and CEO.
Bisceglia held the same posts at NEON Communications Inc., an optical-bandwidth company.
Current Broadbus CEO and cofounder Jeffrey Binder will remain as president and be in charge of sales, marketing and business development.
Broadbus recently completed a second funding round of $25 million.
