beIN Sports Garners 1.5M Viewers with El Clasico

beIN Sports netted nearly 1.5 million watchers with its coverage of the latest iteration of El Clasico.

The international sports network counted 1.486 million watchers on its English- and Spanish-language networks with its presentation of Read Madrid's 3-1 win over FC Barcelona on Oct. 25, according to Nielsen Media Research.

With 823,000 viewers on its Spanish-language service, beIN scored the most-watched soccer telecast of the day, week and month of October and season to date among Latino viewers, according to network officials.

Moreover, the 663,000 watchers represented the largest soccer audience among English-language networks for the week.

“The appetite for world class soccer continues to grow and nothing demonstrates this better than the viewership numbers for El Clasico.
