AT&T Broadband suffered a setback in its legal battle with billing-system
vendor CSG Systems International Inc.
A Colorado judge dismissed a lawsuit the MSO had filed and ruled that it had
to comply with a mandatory arbitration provision in its contract with CSG, the
vendor said.
AT&T Broadband spokeswoman Tracy Baumgartner downplayed the ruling,
noting that the judge only ruled that the court lacked jurisdiction, and not on
the merits of the case.
