NEW YORK -Richard Bressler, head of investments at AOL Time Warner Inc., is resigning, a company spokesman confirmed Friday.
Although the spokesman declined to say when Bressler would be leaving, he added that AOL Time Warner vice chairman Kenneth Novack would take on Bressler's duties in the interim.
Bressler had been chief financial officer of Time Warner Inc. and headed its digital-media unit before the merger with America Online Inc. was completed in January.
