AOL Time Warner Taps DiBiasio

AOL Time Warner Inc. has named Dolf DiBiasio as its new executive vice
president of strategy and investments, replacing Richard Bressler, who left a
similar position last month and subsequently moved to Viacom Inc. as its chief
financial officer.

DiBiasio, a 31-year veteran of McKinsey & Co. and former senior partner
at the consulting firm, will work closely with AOL Time Warner CEO Gerald Levin
and the rest of senior management to develop the company's global investment
strategy.

'In my new role, I will focus on how to best help AOL Time Warner to continue
to pioneer new media, new businesses and new industries to live up to its full
potential,' DiBiasio said in a prepared statement.

While at McKinsey, DiBiasio built and led its Business Technology Office,
which helps companies in a broad range of industries worldwide to use technology
to gain competitive advantage, to achieve their strategic goals and to create
business value.

'With his three decades of wide-ranging experience at McKinsey, Dolf is the
perfect choice to work on our strategy and to oversee our worldwide investments
and venture-capital operations,' Levin said in a prepared
statement.
