ThinkEquity Partners analyst Anton Wahlman raised his price target on Arris Group to $18 from $16, saying digital-video gear supplier Terayon Communication Systems “should be sold” to either Motorola, Cisco or Harmonic at a premium to Terayon’s current $1.75 per share, while Arris busily tries to close its $1.2 billion buyout of Tandberg TV. Between his Feb. 12 report and Feb. 15, though, Arris’s share price dipped to $14.35 from $14.63.
