Amphenol Corp. said Tuesday that it has priced an underwritten offering of 8 million shares of class-A common stock at a public-offering price of $60 per share.
Of the 8 million shares offered, 7.56 million are from affiliates of Kohlberg Kravis Roberts & Co. and 440,000 are being offered by the company’s management.
