ADC Telecommunications Inc. said Monday that the sale of its Metrica service-assurance-software group to WatchMark Corp. has been completed.
The purchase price was $35 million in cash and 3.2 million shares of WatchMark common stock, which represents less than 5% ownership of the company. Other terms were not disclosed.
WatchMark supplies wireless-service providers with software tools to deploy and monitor services at the network, application and customer levels.
