People who know billing know ADC Telecommunications Inc., according to a new survey from independent market-research firm Heavy Reading.
The study found that 59.4% of its 433 respondents knew ADC, which was the only company to be cited by more than one-half of the respondents.
The survey rated 71 public and 89 privately held companies in 12 different operations-system-support categories.
