The companies named in the suit are Comcast Corp., Charter Communications Inc., DirecTV Inc., EchoStar Communications Corp., Boulder Ridge Cable TV, Central Valley Cable TV LLC, Seren Innovations Inc., Cox Communications Inc. and Cox-owned Hospitality Network Inc.
