Verizon Wireless V CAST Mobile TV subscribers will now be able to follow live streaming Wimbledon Championships tennis action on NBC’s mobile channel, NBC2Go.
Mobile access to the event begins Saturday, June 30 at noon (EST) and will continue throughout the end of the fabled tennis tournament Sunday, July 8.
"NBC Sports is committed to delivering the tradition and excitement of Wimbledon to our audience on all of our platforms," NBC Sports & Olympics senior vice president of digital media Perkins Miller said in a prepared statement. "Now tennis fans will be able to watch Wimbledon wherever they are with our live broadcasts on NBC2Go."
NBC2Go is available in 30 markets to V CAST Mobile TV customers, including New York, Chicago, Philadelphia, Las Vegas and Atlanta.
