More than 3.3 million people tuned in Tuesday night to see Erik Jo win the third season of USA Network’s Nashville Star.
The 90-minute finale scored a 2.5 household rating, a 23% rise from the 60-minute second season finale May 1, 2004, and it registered a 30% jump in total viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research data.
On the demo side, the third-season concluder averaged 1.77 million adult 18-49 viewers and 1.89 million adults 25-54. Those respective totals represented increases of 82% and 67% from the previous year’s finale, which aired on a Saturday night.
