AT&T announced a deal with TotalVid, a provider of video-on-demand content, to provide VOD titles to U-verse TV subscribers.
The agreement -- TotalVid's first with a TV-service provider -- extends the deal the two companies had to provide downloadable videos to AT&T broadband customers.
U-verse customers will have access to "hundreds" of titles in the TotalVid library, including videos on home improvement; martial arts and self-defense instruction; music and sports instruction; and military history, according to the companies.
