Time Warner Names Three Charlotte Directors

Time Warner Cable’s Charlotte, N.C., division named three new directors to its management team.

Nestor Martin was named director of construction. He had been director of construction and network planning for Adelphia Communications in West Palm Beach, Fla.

New director of government affairs Michael Tanck was regional director of government and community affairs at the same system Martin came from.

And Tanya Wilson was named director of customer care. She had been director of customer operations for Time Warner Cable’s South Carolina division.
