Time Warner Names Buffalo Team

published Time Warner Cable Tuesday announced the initial senior-management team for what will become its Buffalo, N.Y., division.
Once parent Time Warner Inc.’s and Comcast Corp.’s acquisition of Adelphia Communications Corp. is finalized, Gordon Harp will be the Buffalo division’s president. Harp had been president of Time Warner Cable’s division in Binghamton, N.Y.
And Tom Haywood will be the Buffalo division’s vice president of customer operations. Haywood is currently VP of area operations for Adelphia.
Time Warner Cable also announced that its Binghamton division will be consolidated into its Syracuse division under that unit’s president, Mary Cotter.
