The Media Group’s Men’s Outdoors & Recreation network is continuing its rollout in Time Warner Cable markets with a June launch in San Antonio, taking its distribution to more than 33 million.
The network also was recently added to Time Warner systems in Syracuse, N.Y.; Dallas; and Portland.
Men’s Outdoors & Recreation broadcasts more than 2,800 hours and 100 unique programs of outdoors programming per month. The network also provides a transactional aspect, allowing viewers to engage and connect through the remote control, 1-800 numbers, Web-site addresses or TV interstitials.
TMG, formerly known as Turner Media Group, provides interactive-TV advertising, direct-response programming and transactional TV networks, including Men's Outdoors & Recreation, Beauty & Fashion Channel, Healthy Living Channel, Resort and Residence, The Men's Channel, iDrive, iShop TV, America’s Preview Channel and The Water Channel.
TMG reaches an aggregate of more than 100 million homes nationwide through DirecTV and EchoStar Communications’ Dish Network direct-broadcast satellite and in select regional Time Warner, Bright House Networks and other cable-TV markets.
