Time Warner Cable promoted three executives in its financial department.
Nancy Hurlbut is now senior director of budget and planning. She had been heading up financial planning and analysis, as well as billing and business operations.
Paula Jungen was promoted to director of business systems solutions, from manager of that area.
And John Merone is the MSO’s new director of accounting for its national division, overseeing the general-accounting and shared-services-support departments.
