Time Warner Cable’s Pagano To Retire

NEW YORK —Stephen Pagano, the executive
vice president at Time Warner Cable
who ran TWC’s West operations after the
operator suffered problems integrating
former Adelphia Communications systems
in California, is retiring at year-end,
the company confirmed.

Pagano, current EVP of special projects
at the company’s corporate office,
has been with TWC and predecessor
company ATC since 1982. Along the way,
he oversaw operations in Staten Island
and Albany, N.Y., before heading to Los
Angeles in 2007 to be operations chief
under then-division head Barry Rosenblum.

At the end of last year, EVP William R.
Goetz Jr. took charge in the West and
Pagano shifted to a corporate role. TWC
is moving to a two-division structure, with Goetz in the West and EVP Carol Hevey
in the East.
