Stream Global Services has hired Dish operations veteran Brian Delaney as its COO and executive vice president.
The business process outsource provider, specializing in customer relationship management services for Fortune 1000 companies, has put Delaney, who had been serving as senior vice president of operations for Dish's customer service centers, in charge of overseeing all of its processes in 50 locations across 22 nations.

"We are thrilled to welcome an executive of Brian's caliber to our already strong management team," said Stream chairman and CEO Kathy Marinello in announcing Delaney's hiring. "His vast experience in the customer care industry, combined with his proven operational acumen and focus, will be a great asset to our company, and will be instrumental in enabling us to continue to provide excellent service to our clients."
"We thank Brian for his hard work and leadership, which have been instrumental in improving our customer service over the past two years," noted Bernie Han, Dish executive vice president and COO. "With the strong team he has built, we are well-positioned to make further advances on this front. We wish him well in his future endeavors."
