Rogers Communications Inc. and its Rogers Cable Inc. unit said Tuesday that they have completed a private placement in an aggregate principal amount of approximately $427 million.
The placement was made up of 7.25% senior (secured) second priority notes due 2011 and 6.75% senior (secured) second priority notes due 2015.
The Canadian MSO announced the offering Nov. 12.
