RCN Corp. and Starz Encore Group LLC announced a broad new affiliation agreement Monday.
The MSO will launch subscription-video-on-demand service Starz On Demand in its VOD-enabled markets throughout the year, as well as adding Starz! HD and Starz! Kids.
RCN has about 390,000 subscribers,

Starz! HD will be available on the operator’s systems in Boston; Manhattan and Queens, N.Y.; Washington, D.C.; San Francisco; and Philadelphia and Lehigh Valley, Pa.
