Time Warner Cable has promoted Terence Rafferty and Barbara Kelly in its Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey unit.
Rafferty, formerly group vice president of finance for the New York State region, has been named senior VP and general manager of Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey.
And Kelly, senior VP and GM of Time Warner Cable of New York and New Jersey, added oversight of the Hudson Valley unit to her responsibilities.
