Nickelodeon is offering video “iPod” users the opportunity to purchase a season pass for anime series Avatar: The Last Airbender via Apple Computer Inc.’s “iTunes Music Store” (www.apple.com/itunes/music).
Consumers paying $29.95 will have each episode from the skein’s second season -- which began earlier this month -- automatically downloaded to their computers as they become available for viewing on video iPods.
In addition, Nickelodeon will make available to season-pass subscribers all 20 episodes of the show’s first season.
A Nick spokesman would only say that the subscription package is something it will consider for its other iTunes offerings.
