A NICE Upgrade for DirecTV
By MCN Staff published
DirecTV Inc. wants subscribers seeking customer service to have a NICE experience.
The direct-broadcast satellite provider will upgrade to NICE Systems’ Web-based solutions at its call center in Boise, Idaho, the Ra'anana, Israel-based vendor said Tuesday.
DirecTV has been using NICE’s solutions for five years.
“The NICE Web-based solutions have been a useful tool in continuously improving our quality-management and consultant-training programs," DirecTV executive vice president of customer satisfaction Peter Giacalone said in a prepared statement.
“With the NICE solutions upgrade, we will continue growing the skills of our call-center employees and understanding the needs of our customers,” he added.
