Henry T.A. Moniz has joined Viacom Inc. in the newly created position of vice president, associate general counsel, compliance.
Moniz had been a litigation partner at Bingham McCutchen LLP in Boston.
In his new post, he will oversee Viacom’s compliance and business-ethics programs, reporting to VP and deputy general counsel Mark Morril.
