Tuesday night’s debut of The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency turned outto be Oxygen’s highest-rated series premiere ever, officials said Thursday.
The reality show delivered a 0.61 household rating and a 0.83 rating among women 18-24, according to Nielsen Media Research.
The two airings of Janice Tuesday night, at 10 p.m. and 11 p.m., delivered a combined 1.1 household rating.Overall, the premiere and encore were viewed by 2.1 million unduplicated households and 2.5 million total viewers.
An average 412,000 households tuned in to Janice from 10 p.m.-11 p.m., and among total viewers, an average of 468,000 tuned in for the premiere. In addition, the household rating for the premiere increased 111% versus the second-quarter time-period average.
The Janice Dickinson Modeling Agency follows Dickinson as she opens up her own modeling agency, putting her 30 years of fashion-business experience to the test. Dickinson is determined to hand-pick the best new talent, photograph them herself and make the industry sit up and take notice.
