Lynch Interactive Corp.’s Central Telcom Services LLC subsidiary closed its acquisition of a cable system in Utah’s Sanpete and Sevier counties from Precis Communications LLC, the company said Tuesday.
The purchase price for the 2,500-subscriber system was $3,735,200, subject to adjustment.
Lynch will now have a total of more than 6,100 subscribers.
