EchoStar Communications Corp.’s Dish Network said Thursday that it will offer local channels via satellite in the Lubbock, Texas, area.
Lubbock-area Dish customers in 18 counties can now receive ABC channel 28 (KAMC), CBS channel 13 (KLBK), Fox channel 34 (KJTV), NBC channel 11 (KCBD), UPN channel 22 (KUPT) and PBS channel 5 (KTXT).
Dish now offers local channels in 151 cities and their metro areas, in 50 states, the District of Columbia and Puerto Rico.
