LFP Broadcasting launched Hustler TV for PPV Oct. 1, the company said Tuesday.
The pay-per-view service is available on Intelsat Americas 7, transponder 16 (formerly known as Telstar 7), and Ascent Media Network Services will handle all network origination, LFP said.
Hustler TV for PPV is offered on an individual-title format; in three-hour and six-hour blocks; or as a monthly subscription service on a 24/7 basis.
LPF said the service incorporates a broad selection of exclusive, high-quality adult content from recognized providers including VCA Pictures and Hustler Video.
“We are extremely excited about the domestic launch of the Hustler TV PPV channel," LFP executive vice president Michael H. Klein said in a prepared statement.
"With the dominating performance that we have seen of the Hustler TV PPV channel in Canada and the already-high buy-rates seen from our VOD [video-on-demand] service here, we are confident that Hustler TV will be one of the leading adult-PPV networks in the United States," he added.
