West Point, Ga.-based overbuilder Knology Inc. said Tuesday that its chief financial officer Bruce Herman stepped down upon the parties' mutual agreement.
Knology president M. Todd Holt, who had formerly served as CFO, will take on those additional responsibilities. Herman was named CFO on July 30, 2008 and had previously been vice president of strategy and development. Herman joined Knology in 2007 after its acquisition of PrairieWave Communications, where he had served as president and CEO.
