Insight Communications Co. Inc. has promoted Scott Cooley to senior vice president of operations, West region.
Cooley had been senior VP of employee relations and development.
In his new role, he will oversee the MSO’s operations in northern Illinois, including Rockford and Dixon, as well as Peoria, Springfield and Champaign-Urbana, Ill.; northwest Indiana, including Lafayette and Kokomo; and northeast Indiana, including Anderson and Noblesville.
He had been serving as acting senior VP of operations for the region since September.
