IFC Experiments with Online ‘Media Lab’

The Independent Film Channel launched “IFC Media Lab,” offering filmmakers an online place to post their video clips and viewers a chance to vote on them.

The top viewer-ranked content from the site (medialab.ifc.com) will earn a spot on the cable network, with monthly airings beginning in April.

PepsiCo Inc.’s Aquafina has signed on as the presenting sponsor, and it will be integrated into the feature’s on-air packaging.
