PC Magazine readers are big fans of Cablevision Systems Corp.’s Optimum services.
The MSO said Tuesday that its Optimum Online cable-modem service and Optimum Voice voice-over-Internet-protocol service were named the top high-speed-data service and top VoIP service, respectively, in PC Magazine’s “18th Annual Reader Satisfaction Survey.”
For the second year in a row, the two Optimum services also received “2005 Readers’ Choice Awards” from the magazine.
“It is extremely gratifying to have the strong consumer acceptance of Optimum Online and Optimum Voice supported by these top marks from the readers of PC Magazine,” Cablevision executive vice president of product management and marketing Patricia Gottesman said in a prepared statement.
