HBO Supports Fourth Season Of 'Big Love' With Holiday Cheer

HBO is giving the upcoming fourth season of polygamy series Big Love a promotional push via a holiday album.
Partnering with digital marketing agency Digital Kitchen, the premium programmer has released "A Juniper Creek Christmas," which was recorded by Big Love cast members and features eight classic holiday songs with lyrics revised to reflect live on the Juniper Creek compound. The new season of Big Love bows Jan. 10 at 9 p.m.
The track lists comprises "Silent Wife," "Deck the Compound," "Here We Come From Juniper Creek," "I Saw Three Hummers," "We Three Wives," "O Little Town of Juniper," "Joy To The World," and "‘Twas The Night Before Christmas" as performed by cast member, Harry Dean Stanton ("Roman Grant"), Mary Kay Place ("Adaleen Grant"), Mireille Enos ("Jodean Marquart") and Cassi Thomson ("Cara Lynn").

The "Here We Come From Juniper Creek" music video and MP3s of the holiday album tracks are being distributed via HBO branded platforms such as: HBO.com, Facebook, MySpace, and YouTube, in-banner streams and downloads, and iTunes podcasts. The music video will also air on HBO and HBO On Demand.
The CD was also distributed by street teams in New York and Los Angeles last week, as well as through radio giveaways, HBO Shop (gift w/ purchase), HBO Shop.com (gift w/purchase).
Moreover, the album is attached as part of a full-page insert in run in the year-end double issue of Entertainment Weekly, available to subscribers only in NY, LA and Chicago.
