Harron Communications announced the promotions of Joel C. Cohen to chairman and James J. Bruder Jr. to president.
The moves follow last month’s death of longtime chairman and president Paul F. Harron Jr.
Cohen had been chief operating officer and chief financial officer, and Bruder, who has been with the MSO for more than 10 years, will also assume the COO title.
Harron’s MetroCast Cablevision and MetroCast Communications systems serve some 110,000 subscribers in New Hampshire, Maine, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia.
