Fox News Channel’s coverage of national-security advisor Condoleezza Rice’s testimony before an independent commission investigating the Sept. 11 terrorist attacks drew more viewers than Cable News Network and MSNBC together.
Fox News’ coverage from 9 a.m.-noon (EST) April 8 averaged 1.92 million viewers, according to Nielsen Media Research data. That compared with 1.29 million viewers for CNN and 470,000 for MSNBC over the aforementioned span.
