First Data’s REMITCO remittance division will begin processing an additional 1 million payments per month received from EchoStar Communications’ Dish Network direct-broadcast satellite subscribers, the electronic-commerce and payments company announced Wednesday.
REMITCO already processes some 2 million payments per month for Dish.
Financial terms of the long-term contract were not disclosed.
