ESPN, ESPN HD Simulcast High School All-Star Game

Four Wild Card helpings not enough? ESPN will provide a look at some future collegiate and potentially pigskin stars with its coverage of the second annual Under Armour All-America High School Football Game on Sunday night.

The contest, an ESPN and Intersport owned-and-operated all-star football competition spotlighting the nation’s top high school seniors, will kick off at a new venue, Florida Citrus Bowl Stadium on Jan  4 at 8 p.m. The game will also be televised on ESPN HD.

Dave Ryan (play-by-play), Tom Luginbill (national recruiting director for ESPN Scouts, Inc. and ESPNU football recruiting analyst) and Quint Kessenich (sideline reporter) will call the action from Orlando, which also feature a halftime performance from three-time Grammy Award winner Ludacris.

Of the 82 players selected by ESPN Scouts, Inc. to participate in the Under Armour All-America High School Football Game, 67 are ranked in the ESPNU 150 player rankings, including eight in the top 10. Moreover, a number of top players are expected to declare their college intentions during the telecast.
