El Rey Names Daniel Tibbets President and GM
El Rey Tuesday named former Machinima executive Daniel Tibbets to the newly created position of president and general manager.
Tibbets will oversee the day to day operations for the urban audience-targeted entertainment channel. Tibbets will be based in Los Angeles and report to network chairman and founder Robert Rodriguez.
Previously Tibbets served as chief content officer for entertainment media streaming service Machinima.
