EchoStar Communications Corp., NagraStar and Bell ExpressVu conducted civil search-and-seizure raids throughout Ontario, Canada, earlier this month, officials said Thursday.
Nine locations, including three Web sites, were searched March 21, with thousands of signal-theft devices confiscated. Large amounts of cash were found at several of the premises.
