EchoStar Communications Corp. said Thursday that its Dish Network direct-broadcast satellite service is now offering local channels in the Florence-Myrtle Beach, S.C., area.
Florence-Myrtle Beach-area Dish customers in eight counties can now receive ABC channel 15 (WPDE), CBS channel 13 (WBTW), Fox channel 43 (WFXB), PBS channel 33 (WJPM) and UPN channel 21 (WWMB).
Dish now offers its local service in 136 cities and their metropolitan areas.
