DirecTV subscribers will finally get to see Don Draper in HD, with the No. 1 satellite operator set to add AMC HD to its high-definition lineup on Friday, Sept. 9.
DirecTV announced the addition of AMC HD, featuring original series including Mad Men,Breaking Badand The Walking Dead, via Twitter on Friday. The move comes more than three years after the network debuted the HD simulcast.
AMC Networks (formerly Rainbow Media Holdings) completed its spinoff from Cablevision Systems in late June.
