Daniels & Associates has closed three separate cable transactions in Texas.
Northland Cable Properties Seven LP and related Northland companies sold their Brenham, Navasota and Prairie View systems to Cebridge Connections. The systems serve approximately 4,900 basic subscribers.
Northland Cable Properties Seven also sold its Bay City system, with some 4,200 basic subscribers, to Bay City Cablevision LP.
Daniels represented Northland in both transactions.
Finally, Texas Mid-Gulf Cablevision LP acquired the Wharton, West Columbia, Sweeny, Manvel and Palacios systems -- which serve a total of about 3,600 subscribers -- from Charter Communications VI LLC. Daniels represented Texas Mid-Gulf.
