CSG Systems International Inc. will provide billing and customer-care support for Time Warner Cable of New York City’s Staten Island system, the vendor announced Tuesday.
Under the agreement, CSG will extend its outsourced customer-care and billing platform, "CSG CCS," and its front-end customer-care application, "Advanced Customer Service Representative," to support video and high-speed-data subscribers.
In addition, CSG will extend other applications already in use to support Time Warner Cable of New York City's customers, including "CSG Care Express," a solution that enables customer self-care through an online account-management platform that allows customers to view, manage and pay bills over the Internet.
In other CSG news, the company announced Tuesday that it has signed a global cooperative marketing and sales agreement with interconnect-billing-solution provider Integration Management.
The two companies will offer IM’s "in>Bill" interconnect-billing solution in combination with CSG's "ICMS" billing platform and solutions in CSG's "Kenan FX" framework, including its "Kenan/BP" for retail billing and its "Data Mediation" to capture and manage network-usage data.
