Cox Communications Inc. will use CSG Systems International Inc.’s “CSG Direct Solutions” print and mail services through December 2008 following an extension of their agreement announced Tuesday.
The original pact, inked in 2000, was set to expire in March 2005.
CSG Direct Solutions provides statement-presentation services including full-service print and mail; custom statements; online viewing, presentment and payment; and marketing and design.
The MSO will also continue using CSG's “Statement Express,” an online statement-imaging viewing system that enables customer-service representatives to view the same bill as customers.
