Conexant Systems said its CX2417X family of HD set-top broadcast decoders was certified to support Dolby Digital Plus audio coding technology.
The vendor added that Dolby Digital Plus enables operators to deliver more HD content with superior audio without having to invest in expensive network upgrades.
